"For our customers, we are
one step ahead"

Problem statement
Each year, our customers impose increasing demands for sustainability and ESG, requiring the highest processing standards.
We have realized that although we strive to stay one step ahead in these areas, as confirmed by our bronze rating on the EcoVadis ESG rating platform, we need external assistance.
For this reason, we connected with Sources-Matter, experts in supply chain sustainability and sustainable procurement, and opted for a collaborative solution.
Proposed solution
Sources-Matter proposed a comprehensive solution in the area of supply chain sustainability, focusing on ESG and the social pillar S, with an emphasis on conflict minerals.
Our goal was to review current legislative and customer requirements and use them as a basis for further procedures.
Based on the findings, we aimed to strengthen internal processes (towards the organization) and external processes (towards suppliers) so that we could effectively address this issue in the upcoming reporting period and also enhance our position in the area of ESG.
Project outcomes
As a result of a detailed review of existing legislative and customer requirements, we improved our internal processes and adopted them in our company.
The project included detailed training on conflict minerals and a pilot project focused on collecting and evaluating supply chain data (CMRT, EMRT). This practical approach helped us gain a deeper understanding of the importance of regular data collection and review, which is crucial for our long-term sustainability and ability to respond to increasing regulatory and customer requirements.

"Monitoring of SVHC substances and outsourcing service of SCIP obligations„

Problem statement
Kasko is a company that primarily markets its products in the EU and is committed to the responsible and thorough fulfillment of all obligations related to the use of chemicals. Among the obligations our company must meet is the mapping and communication of SVHC substances, including their notification in the SCIP database.
In addition to continuously monitoring regular updates to the SVHC list and fulfilling SCIP notification obligations, we were also concerned about our team's capacity and the specific requirements involved. To manage these challenges, we decided to turn to experts and outsource this agenda.
Proposed solution
After an initial meeting with Sources-Matter, the SCIP notification obligation was explained to us in detail. Together, we identified which of our products were subject to this requirement and established the process for the entire project.
Sources-Matter took care of the complete data entry in the SCIP database on our behalf and provided us with a legislative monitoring service. They keep us informed about updates to the SVHC list and their impact on our products, ensuring that we always know what needs to be done to stay compliant with regulations and customer requirements.
Project outcomes
Thanks to the collaboration, we successfully registered all our affected products in the SCIP database. We receive regular updates on legislative changes, allowing us to stay ahead and keep our notification obligations up to date.
We highly appreciate the expert support and efficient approach. Thanks to this collaboration, we have reduced administrative burden and gained confidence that our products comply with current legislative requirements.
Last but not least, we can also ensure that our customers receive accurate and up-to-date information, enhancing our transparency and their trust in our products.

EcoVadis: The story of our client and their ESG rating

Problem statement
With increasing demands for sustainability, customers of Premium Systems have a growing number of requirements in the area of ESG.
These requests primarily come from customers and involve challenges related to joining the EcoVadis platform, which oversees the ESG rating.
This scenario also applied to us, as our client was prompted by their customers to participate in the ESG assessment – EcoVadis. The EcoVadis rating encompasses areas including the environment, human resources, occupational safety, and supply chain management. Our client managed all these aspects to a limited degree (often merely on paper), largely due to the company’s size (around 35 employees) and a lack of language proficiency.
Proposed solution
Given that ESG requirements permeate not only the processes of organizations but also the entire supply chain, we chose to seek a partner with supply chain expertise. Our choice was Sources-Matter.
Through the merger of the teams from Premium Systems and Sources-Matter, we formed an ideal team of experts who possess language proficiency and experience in addressing ESG issues in both corporate management and supply chains.
We then visited the client together, where we explained the entire issue, reviewed the EcoVadis rating requirements with him, and filled out the questionnaire based on the actual situation and documentation review.
Project outcomes
As a company with over 12 years of experience, we understand the burden that ESG issues and the EcoVadis questionnaire can place on small and medium-sized enterprises.
Through the collaboration of expert teams from two companies, we provide customers with a complete solution for filling out EcoVadis ESG questionnaires, allowing small and medium-sized businesses to stay competitive and retain their contracts.
Additionally, we augment this process with guidance and support during implementation, resulting in the fulfillment of sustainability objectives and enhancements to the management system, both organizationally and in terms of supply chain demands.
