Jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je omezit p\u0159\u00edtomnost l\u00e1tek, jako jsou olovo, rtu\u0165, kadmium nebo \u0161estimocn\u00fd chrom, a t\u00edm sn\u00ed\u017eit dopady elektronick\u00e9ho odpadu na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed i \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. P\u0159esto\u017ee RoHS obecn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek zakazuje, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch specifick\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch jsou st\u00e1le povoleny \u010dasov\u011b omezen\u00e9 v\u00fdjimky, pokud zat\u00edm neexistuje vhodn\u00e1 technick\u00e1 a ekonomicky dostupn\u00e1 alternativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tyto v\u00fdjimky Evropsk\u00e1 komise pravideln\u011b p\u0159ehodnocuje. Nov\u011b zah\u00e1jen\u00fd projekt hodnocen\u00ed v\u00fdjimek podle sm\u011brnice RoHS ozna\u010den\u00fd jako \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/rohs.exemptions.oeko.info\/news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pack 29<\/a>\u201c se zam\u011b\u0159uje na dal\u0161\u00ed skupinu \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o prodlou\u017een\u00ed \u010di zru\u0161en\u00ed vybran\u00fdch v\u00fdjimek, zejm\u00e9na pro aplikace vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed rtu\u0165 nebo olovo uveden\u00e9 v p\u0159\u00edloh\u00e1ch III a IV sm\u011brnice RoHS. Posouzen\u00ed provede n\u011bmeck\u00fd institut \u00d6ko-Institut e.V. a sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed procesu bude tak\u00e9 ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 konzultace pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 na kv\u011bten 2026. V\u00fdsledky hodnocen\u00ed mohou v budoucnu ovlivnit konstrukci v\u00fdrobk\u016f, v\u00fdb\u011br komponent i povinnosti v\u00fdrobc\u016f uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch elektrick\u00e1 a elektronick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na trh EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Nov\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed v\u00fdjimek pro rtu\u0165 a olovo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V r\u00e1mci projektu Pack 29 budou posuzov\u00e1ny \u017e\u00e1dosti o obnoven\u00ed n\u011bkolika v\u00fdjimek pro pou\u017eit\u00ed rtuti ve speci\u00e1ln\u00edch typech lamp a v\u00fdbojek uveden\u00fdch v p\u0159\u00edloze III sm\u011brnice RoHS. Hodnocen\u00ed se t\u00fdk\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad UV lamp, nouzov\u00e9ho osv\u011btlen\u00ed nebo vysokotlak\u00fdch rtu\u0165ov\u00fdch a sod\u00edkov\u00fdch v\u00fdbojek pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch ve specializovan\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159ezkoum\u00e1v\u00e1ny budou zejm\u00e9na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdjimky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1(f)-I \u2013 lampy emituj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ultrafialov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed: maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 5 mg Hg\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2(b)(4)-II \u2013 lampy emituj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ultrafialov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed: maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 15 mg Hg\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2(b)(4)-III \u2013 nouzov\u00e9 lampy: maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 15 mg Hg\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4(a)-I \u2013 rtu\u0165 v n\u00edzkotlak\u00fdch v\u00fdbojk\u00e1ch bez luminoforov\u00e9 vrstvy do 15 mg Hg\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4(c) \u2013 rtu\u0165 v ostatn\u00edch vysokotlak\u00fdch sod\u00edkov\u00fdch v\u00fdbojk\u00e1ch\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4(f)-II \u2013 rtu\u0165 ve vysokotlak\u00fdch rtu\u0165ov\u00fdch v\u00fdbojk\u00e1ch pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch v projektorech\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4(f)-III \u2013 rtu\u0165 ve vysokotlak\u00fdch rtu\u0165ov\u00fdch v\u00fdbojk\u00e1ch pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch pro osv\u011btlen\u00ed\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4(f)-IV \u2013 rtu\u0165ov\u00e9 ultrafialov\u00e9 v\u00fdbojky<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vedle toho budou v r\u00e1mci p\u0159\u00edlohy IV posuzov\u00e1ny tak\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy na zru\u0161en\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u00fdjimek pro pou\u017eit\u00ed olova, kadmia a rtuti ve vysoce specializovan\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch. Jedn\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad o detektory ionizuj\u00edc\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, iontov\u011b selektivn\u00ed elektrody v\u010detn\u011b skla pH elektrod nebo za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro zesilov\u00e1n\u00ed elektromagnetick\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. V\u00fdsledky p\u0159ezkumu mohou ovlivnit dostupnost n\u011bkter\u00fdch komponent, pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed redesignu v\u00fdrobk\u016f i budouc\u00ed mo\u017enosti uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na trh EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Pro\u010d je Pack 29 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00fdsledky hodnocen\u00ed mohou m\u00edt v\u00fdznamn\u00fd dopad na v\u00fdrobce elektronick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed i jejich dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce.
