Evropsk\u00fd syst\u00e9m v\u010dasn\u00e9ho varov\u00e1n\u00ed Safety Gate v tomto m\u011bs\u00edci zaznamenal celkem 76 v\u00fdrobk\u016f, kter\u00e9 nebyly v souladu s platn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy. Ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech byla p\u0159ijata opat\u0159en\u00ed vedouc\u00ed ke sta\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrobk\u016f z trhu nebo omezen\u00ed jejich dal\u0161\u00ed distribuce. Nejv\u00edce p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se t\u00fdkalo poru\u0161en\u00ed Na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed REACH, a to konkr\u00e9tn\u011b u 45 v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Dal\u0161\u00edch 15 v\u00fdrobk\u016f nespl\u0148ovalo po\u017eadavky Na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o perzistentn\u00edch organick\u00fdch polutantech (POPs) a 16 v\u00fdrobk\u016f bylo v rozporu se Sm\u011brnic\u00ed RoHS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159eva\u017eovaly mezi nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00edmi produkty p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed v\u00fdrobky a vybran\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Kontroly u t\u011bchto v\u00fdrobk\u016f opakovan\u011b odhalily nadlimitn\u00ed koncentrace nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, zejm\u00e9na olova, kadmia, ftal\u00e1t\u016f \u010di kr\u00e1tko\u0159et\u011bzcov\u00fdch chlorovan\u00fdch paraf\u00edn\u016f.
