Zainteresovan\u00e9 strany i \u0161irok\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost se mohou k&nbsp;n\u00e1vrhu vyj\u00e1d\u0159it do 13. srpna 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Kde se TBPH pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TBPH se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jako zpomalova\u010d ho\u0159en\u00ed a plastifik\u00e1tor (zm\u011bk\u010dovadlo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jako zpomalova\u010d ho\u0159en\u00ed se p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 do \u0159ady produkt\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>elektronick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>automobilov\u00fdch komponent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n\u00e1bytku<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n\u011bkter\u00fdch pry\u017eov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (pneumatiky, boty, hra\u010dky)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako zm\u011bk\u010dovadlo se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b m\u011bk\u010den\u00e9ho polyvinylchloridu (PVC), kter\u00fd se uplat\u0148uje zejm\u00e9na v izolac\u00edch elektrick\u00fdch kabel\u016f a dr\u00e1t\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Pro\u010d za\u0159adit TBPH mezi POPs?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9m n\u00e1vrhu ECHA shrnuje poznatky z v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed vlastnosti t\u00e9to l\u00e1tky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vysok\u00e1 perzistence: TPBH se velmi pomalu rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 v&nbsp;\u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bioakumulace: l\u00e1tka se hromad\u00ed v&nbsp;organismech a biomagnifikuje v potravn\u00edch \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed na velk\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti: p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed se vzduchem a\/i vodou a vyskytuje se i v odlehl\u00fdch oblastech (Arktida, Antarktida, Tibetsk\u00e1 plo\u0161ina, hlubok\u00e9 oce\u00e1nsk\u00e9 sedimenty\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na \u010dlov\u011bka a jin\u00e9 organismy: m\u016f\u017ee nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b ovlivnit nervov\u00fd a kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, pl\u00edce, j\u00e1tra, \u0161t\u00edtnou \u017el\u00e1zu a v\u00e9st k respira\u010dn\u00edm pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm u d\u011bt\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koncentrace TBPH ze vzd\u00e1len\u00fdch lokalit je srovnateln\u00e1 s jin\u00fdmi POPs p\u0159ed za\u0159azen\u00edm do seznamu Stockholmsk\u00e9 \u00famluvy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kv\u016fli vysok\u00e9 persistenci v\u00a0\u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed a hromad\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0organismech byl TBPH ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve za\u0159azen na seznam l\u00e1tek vzbuzuj\u00edc\u00edch mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 obavy (SVHC) v\u00a0r\u00e1mci evropsk\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/sources-matter.com\/en\/narizeni-reach-scip-svhc-legislativa\/\">legislativy REACH<\/a>.
